Cancellation Policy – BlinkBasket
At BlinkBasket, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 5–10 minutes of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel, go to your orders section or contact our support team immediately.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
3. Orders Cancelled by BlinkBasket
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
Product unavailability
Payment issues or failed transactions
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that are already packed, shipped, or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Perishable items (like milk, fruits, vegetables) may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
5. Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
